So: 1) Uninstall Plugy 2) Uninstall LoD 3) Uninstall D2 4) reinstall D2 and LoD version 1.13C 4) reinstall Plugy I know it's a pain but it works. Oh yeah,also completely uninstall PlugY before reinstalling 1.13C. I don t believe Blizzard offer that patch anymore btu it is widely available, just search teh net and pick a site you trust for download.
